Ordering

Q: Can I order online and have my order posted to me?

A: Yes, simply place an order by selecting add to cart and then follow the prompts through the ordering process.

Q: Can I place an order over the phone and have it posted to me or pick it up in store?

A: Yes, We offer both posted or pick up in store orders and can take Credit Card over the phone.

Postage/Shipping

Q: Do you Post to New Zealand?

A: Yes we offer postage to New Zealand, we currently use Australia Post however if you would like to use another service simply send us an email and we can organise that for you.

Q: If I order 12"x12" scrapbook paper will it come flat or rolled in a tube?

A: We post all paper flat and also pad it with cardboard from boxes to help keep its shape, we like our customers to receive their order in the best condition.

Q: What do I do if my order comes damaged?

A: If you receive a damaged order please take a photo of the way it arrived before opening it, this is proof for Australia Post, if the contents are damaged but the packaging is not please take a photo of this. Please email us the photos of the item so that we can assess where to go from there, each case is different so we can't be sure what will happen. However please forward this information on to us as soon as possible as we only allow 5 days from delivery for any postage issues to be logged.

Q: What is the Postage Rates in Australia?

A: Orders up to $40 - $9.95, Orders from $40 to $150 - $14.95, Orders from $150 to $250 - $19.95, Orders $250 and Above - FREE. So the more you spend the more you save and with our great competitive prices, you get even more savings.

Q: What is the Postage Rates for New Zealand?

A: Shipping to New Zealand is based on the weight of the items ordered, we are currently looking into making postage to New Zealand more affordable, but are currently using Australia Post.

 Scrap of the Month

Q: How do the Scrap of the Month programs work?

A: In the Scrap of the Month programs you will receive a parcel each month or each Bi-month from the program that you have signed up to. Each program is different however they are all processed on the 15th of each month and posted the following day (unless it is a weekend or payment did not go through)
